We offer a planning supervision service under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994 (CDM) with trained staff who are Members of the Association of Planning Supervisors and who can carry out the role of Planning Supervisor fulfilling all the needs of the Regulations:

Co-ordinating the health and safety aspects of the design and planning phase.

Ensuring preparation of the Health & Safety Plan.

Advising clients of the competence and adequate resourcing of the Principal Contractor.

Ensuring that a Health and Safety File is delivered to the client on completion.
