These courses are all run by Kelvin Hughes, who is NEC adviser to many major companies and public authorities and recognised as one of the leading NEC tutors in the UK. Kelvin is also the author of "Understanding the NEC3 ECC Contract: A Practical Handbook" , which is due for publication in February 2012.
