We can provide full quantity surveying services from the initial cost planning and preparation of bills of quantities for Employers, or Contractors tendering for Design and Build projects, through to preparation and agreement of Final Accounts. We can prepare claims for submission to other parties, referrals for submission to adjudicators, and also analyse and report on claims received. We can also act as expert witness direct for solicitors and barristers in respect of arbitration and litigation cases. We can meet clients anywhere in the UK or abroad, at an office or site and offer a cost effective service to resolve all issues in an expert and efficient manner.
